Never Too Late
Fitness Class for Seniors
ABOUT ME - Richard Hopkins-Durnford
In the early 1990's i studied Ashtanga Yoga with the late Pathabbhi Jois in Mysore, India, and later received my teacher training from Richard Freeman in Boulder, Colorado.
I’ve also been a professional circus performer for thirty years and have been fortunate to travel the world as an acrobat and trapeze artist.
I’ve taught acrobatics and yoga professionally for over twenty of those years in the UK and the USA and have developed an approach to fitness that prioritises breathing and mindfulness.
I’m currently studying my level 3 personal trainer qualification after successfully passing my level 2.
